Ms. Shamaila Najeeb
With over 20 years of diversified international experience in education, she is privileged to serve as the Director at Al Shoumoukh International Academy. Her journey as an educator and leader has been driven by a deep passion for values-based learning, curriculum innovation, and empowering teachers and learners to achieve their fullest potential.
She holds a Postgraduate degree in Effective Learning and Teaching from University College London (UCL), an MA TESOL (TeachingEnglishto Speakers of other Languages) from her home country, and international certifications from Cambridge University in areas such as Metacognition, Evaluating Impact, Assessment for Learning, and Leadership & Management.
Throughout her career, she has served in key leadership roles including Headmistress, Principal, Head of Curriculum, and General Manager Academics across prestigious institutions in Pakistan, Oman, Dubai, and Qatar.
Her professional expertise lies in:
